Belle Grae Inn - Policies

Check-in time is
3:00 p.m. Check-out time is 11:00
a.m. Please budget $10 per night
service gratuity for the Inn Staff
Pool (housekeeping, innkeepers,
breakfast staff, just anyone who
touched you along your stay), plus
10% transit and lodging tax. Though
individual tipping is appreciated,
it is not expected.

On weekends during
May and October, Belle Grae
institutes a Saturday-plus-one
policy. Guests requesting a
Saturday night are invited to book
either Friday and Saturday nights or
Saturday and Sunday nights.
Saturday-night-only stays are sold
on a "space available" basis 10 days
prior to arrival.

Our cancellation
policy is 10 days prior to arrival!
If you cancel within this period and
we are able to resell your space,
you will not be charged. If you must
cancel, for your records, please
follow up with a note, fax, or
e-mail stating the day, date, and
person with whom you canceled your
reservation.

We very much
appreciate travel agents' referrals
and are looking forward to working
with you. Travel agents must
invoice Belle Grae Inn within thirty
(30) days after the day of arrival
of the guest stay for any commission
due. Belle Grae Inn will pay travel
agents commission by invoice only.

Belle Grae Inn is
very sensitive about service,
privacy, and sound. Children are
welcome, but unfortunately we cannot
accommodate pets.

Telephones, VCR's
and Wireless Internet
Available complimentary to our
guests. All properties other than
the Old Inn have private telephones
and fast dial-up for laptops. Phones
are available in the Old Inn
reception area. Wireless Internet access is available throughout the properties.
